The U12s had a good start to the new season with their 1st Tournament of the year.
They played 9 matches before being put in the Cup knockout match.
They all clicked together again after the summer break and started off with a convincing 9 – 1 win to boost their confidence. We went on with some great shooting by Olivia and Alice and good court play and defence by the rest of the team.
They won 5 games, drew 2 and lost narrowly in 2 games. They lost their knockout match to Hatfield in the top half draw but did well on the day and there are high hopes for them again this season.
Well done to everyone and thank you to the parents for all their help on a very hot day.
